The Real Estate market in Campbell River continues to get busier. The sales numbers of homes in April and May 2014 have been two of the busiest months in the past 5 years! The enthusiasm towards Real Estate by local's as well as out of town investor's and retiree's in the beautiful City of Campbell River is driving sales and price's. Seven of the past 9 month's the average sale price has increased and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight!
